The Intelligent NC Server is a tailored IoT intelligent product newly developed by Unitoon specifically for the field of intelligent mining, which is smart, modularized, and customizable. The server works as the “brain” for a crushing plant. It collects, processes, stores, translates, and transmits information needed, based on IoT technology, to realize automatic and distributed control of the crushing-screening-loading process, equipment and production status monitoring, as well as remote monitoring of the plant in real time. 
The Intelligent NC Server adopts standardized module design, high performance components, and extendible front and rear chain and power matching mode, thus it has a very good reliability and expandability; By increasing, decreasing, or replacing the modules in the server, it can be adapted easily and flexibly to different production process according to the need of specific crushing lines or customer demand, so as to realize customization of design and production for the server.
