Intelligent crushers are crashes with a series of sensors, such as acceleration sensor, abrasion sensor, temperature sensor, etc., applied on their inside or outside check points, to acquire information for parameters like the size of discharge opening, vibration acceleration, current value, temperature of the oil tank, abrasion of wear parts, bearing temperature, etc. And then by using PLC and HMI as the master control units, intelligent functions such as sequential start up of the main motor, lubricating-oil station, hydraulic station, cooling machine, heater, etc., of the crushing machine, linkage control of the above mentioned components, operating status monitoring, fault diagnosis, fault alarm and auto shutdown, wear degree monitoring, etc., canbe achieved. Figuratively speaking, intelligent crushers can “ perceive themselves”, and they can “ communicate with the world”.
