principle Functions for“Unitoon JiZhi” Webpage:

  1. Comprehensive Line Status Monitoring:This interface displays general information, like production flow chart /field location / weather information and so on, and dynamic information for the whole production line in real time, such as line output and worktime by shift/day/month, parameter data for major equipment, alarm information for equipment and production line activities, etc.

  2. Detailed Information for Equipment: This interface shows more detailed information for each equipment being monitored, like the machine model, on-off status, worktime, data / chart for multiple state parameters, warning and fault information, etc.

  3. Warehouse Inventory Monitoring: Input, output, and inventory for every spec of the finished product.

  4. Automatic Loading/Unloading Monitoring: Unloading records for the raw material, and the loading records for finished products.

  5. Live Video Surveillance: The platform also provides an access to the live video of the production activities on site.

  6. Query for Statistical Analysis: Statistical data and analysis are also available on the platform, such as production line capability, accumulative output by shift, sales records, equipment performance, alarm records, operation and management performance etc.

3. “Unitoon JiZhi” Smartphone

3.1 Line Status

The module of Line Status in App provides general status information for the whole production line remotely, including output information, early warnings and fault alarms, ore type, line on-off status, telecommunication status, etc. The real time data interface for this module, namely the first level interface, displays dynamic real time data, specifically including the instantaneous output and workload for the chief semi-product belt, accumulative day output and inventory for each spec of finished product, day worktime for every finished product belt, alarm information for the whole line, etc.; And the historical data interface, namely the second level interface, provides query for related historical data in three patterns, which are by day, week, or month. This level offers support for optimization of production line operation and management.


 


3.2 Equipment Status

The module of Equipment Status in App provides detailed information for the equipment remotely, such as equipment workload, worktime, parameter data, warnings and fault alarms etc. The real time data interface, namely the first level interface, displays dynamic real time data, specifically including a machine list for the line, on-off status, instantaneous workload and day worktime for all the machines listed, etc.; and the historical data interface, namely the second level interface, provides query for related historical data, like accumulative worktime and its distribution, average workload, data of current, bearing temperature, spindle speed, oil temperature, abrasion, discharge opening, and equipment fault records etc., in three patterns, which are by day, week, or month. This level offers support for optimization of equipment performance, and fault prognosis and so on.
