1. System General Situation
In order to offer the clients a better service and accomplish the content of after-sale, we choose engineers who have profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience to build a professional engineering management service team, which is client service department. Client service department fully takes charge of project design, equipment installation, system debugging, after-sales training, maintenance and repair. At present, client service department contains 5 engineers.
2. Organization and Division of Responsibilities
The service department has one manager who is responsible for the overall work of the service department and communication with clients, one technical director who is responsible for the technic of system and personnel management, one coordinator who is responsible for the coordination among clients, Unitoon and parts suppliers and two engineers who are responsible for the installation, debugging and maintenance.
In addition, according to the different stages of the process services, we deploy engineers from different departments to participate in project construction and maintenance and coordinate agents to arrange worker to coordinate work at any time, to make sure the project service is maintained in time with high quality.
3. Content of Client Service
1. Take charge of equipment installation and system debugging.
2. Take charge of training client, equipment maintenance and repair.
3. Answer and record client calls and deal with the questions clients ask in time.
4. Monitor the equipment and production line on web platform regularly. Contact clients and arrange workers to go to the field when finding problems.
5. Make follow-up feedback of the clients regularly and send messages about our culture and corporate dynamics to clients.
